Are you interested in developing your admin skills? Perhaps you want a career in customer service? If so, then come and volunteer at the Westcliff Drop-In Centre. You can volunteer part time, or you can even develop your skills over a 13 week period as a full time volunteer.

Your duties will involve:

  • Customer service through reception duties – you will be the first point of contact for local residents and visitors to the Drop-In.
  • General office duties – such as photocopying, filing, answering the telephone, dealing with correspondence, minute taking and data inputting on our management information system.

What are we looking for?

You should have IT skills, the ability to take and pass on accurate messages to the relevant person, ability to communicate with people at all levels.

You should have a friendly and outgoing personality, and be interested in developing your skills in this role.
